Some of the best photos of the day came from our visit to the Mission to Bantu interactive laser tag arena at Twin Star Lanes in Port Clinton, OH.
We entered the briefing room and suited up with Zone Helios vests prior to the start of the game.
This arena has some cool interactive elements. For example, this spider that is suspended from above.
It may not catch your attention until…
And the stone carving with the wild eyes grabs your attention.
Maybe he’s looking at the wreckage of this interesting contraption!
But the coolest thing we saw in the arena is the volcano.
More specifically, the cool thing was the burst of fog that would sporadically blast up from below the grates of this bridge walkway behind the volcano.
If you were on the other side it would look like the volcano was erupting with smoke. However, it wasn’t long before we all decided to stop playing the game and focus on taking a different kind of shot, snapping lots of cute photo ops on the bridge in the fog and looking fierce like we could be poster models for the game!
Taking photos in the fog turned out to be more fun than actually playing laser tag at this moment. We got some amazing photos out of this experience. This is what happens when in the middle of a game everyone decides that cute photo ops in the fog matter more than points! :)
So much fun! We had the arena to ourselves and this was such a great time.
This is what I will remember most about this final tag stop, wrapping up an awesome day laser tagging with friends before we took a break for dinner and headed back to the hotel to rest up for the regional tournament the next day…because we can never get enough laser tag!
